Historical Data API request for last 4 candles returning empty values

Hi, here's my API call:

https://api.kite.trade/instruments/historical/50948356/60minute?from=2025-07-23 11:00:00&to=2025-07-23 15:00:00

And I get this response:

Why am I not getting any candle data?
