not able to get access to request token

I had purchased the premium subscription of kite connect api just day before that allows to fetch historical data by generating the request token however , the request token is not being generated instead the following error is being showcased {"status":"error","message":"The user is not enabled for the app.","data":null,"error_type":"InputException"}

    Navigate to the app details screen and verify that you have entered the correct client ID. Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the client ID. The Kite Connect APIs must be used with the same client ID that was used to create the app.
