The auto-renewal feature for the Kite Connect API subscription is clearly mentioned on the billing page when you link your Zerodha account to your Kite Connect developer account. If you have subscribed to the API and opted for auto-renewal, the subscription charges will be debited automatically.
@salim_chisty is there any way to automatically renew api subscription when there are no funds in my trading account? Any way to set up a standing instruction with my bank?
@OptionQuant Auto-renewal for the API subscription is available only when linked to an active trading account and not to a bank account. The auto-renewal will continue to work even if there is insufficient balance in the trading account.
@salim_chisty my app goes from "active" to "expired" as soon as time is past midnight of the expiry day even though its linked to zerodha trading account. Have attached the screenshot
