I have been seeing 503 error for a few weeks now while interacting with Kite api (most notable for order_margins api) before market open (between 8 to 9 am). Error Message: No server is available to handle this request.
Adding to that issue with ltp api few days ago due to read time out error which was reported by multiple users. Although the issue was resolved but no explanation was provided of why it happened and what was done to resolve it. Are these issues being looked into and when can we expect them to get fully resolved.
We have not observed any issues on our end. Could you please confirm whether the 503 error occurred only before market opening, and whether it was a recurring issue or resolved upon retry?
A limited number of connections experienced this error. We've conducted a thorough investigation, and the necessary changes will be implemented to prevent this from recurring.
