Tradetron Api error-execution msg

I have purchased static ip address from tradetron and pasted the same in zerodha kite.developer profile. But there is an error-execution manage error.
I created new app free option in kite.developer.
Pasted the new api key and api secret in the tradetron portal also.
Please help

We don't have any order placement issues via API. Tradetron is an external (third-party) platform, so you should directly contact them for further assistance.
