Bug report: Tag missing for partially filled and rejected Order

Hello,

I noticed that "tag" info is missing in call "kiteConnect.getOrders()"
1. Partially filled cancelled orders
2. Rejected Orders

I need this to build an automated trade log.

    @salim_chisty I had a related question and I believe you are the best person to answer it.

    What is the performance impact of adding a tag to the order? I am concerned that it might increase the processing time in Zerodha's backend before the order is dispatched to the exchanges.

    @vkpandey Adding tags will not have any impact on the order processing time.
