My Kite Connect order API is failing with:

No IPs configured for this app.

My GCP VM has a reserved static external IPv4:
But the Kite developer console IP Whitelist field rejects **.**.***.*** with:
Ensure this value has at most 10 characters.

    IP whitelisting must be configured in your Kite Connect developer console under the Profile section. This setting is applied at the account level and not at the individual app level. Kindly ensure that a public static IP address is added, as private/local IPs or dynamic IPs may result in order rejections.
