Do you have the full vocabulary of kite order statuses? For example when an SL order is triggered but not fully filled (zero or partial fill) - what is the ORDER STATUS? the list here is obviously not complete https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v3/orders/#order-statuses

    For your SL example, once the trigger is hit, the order status changes from TRIGGER PENDING to OPEN, and the order type changes from SL to LIMIT.
