static IP is not supported by Jio fiber

hi All
My Jio fiber changes ip everytime i lost my powe and now I cannot change IP for entire week and not ready to pay for expensive VPN can u advise if any better option

    As per the new algo-trading regulations effective 1 April 2026, all API-based order placements require a registered static IP address. If you do not currently have a static IP, you can obtain one from your ISP, cloud service provider (AWS/GCP), or a suitable VPN/VPC service that provides a dedicated static public IP.

    Getting Static IP is free - in Oracle Cloud, i guess. Check that.
