I would like to clarify whether the static IP address registered for API whitelisting must be located in India, or whether I can use a static IP hosted in another country, such as Singapore?
Okay, thank you. The reason I was asking this was because I already have an Oracle Cloud PAYG account, and Oracle offers free resources only in the home region. Unfortunately, my home region is set to a different region, and it can't be changed. If I want to use resources in another region, I'll have to pay extra as free resources are only limited to the home region.
