Unable to connect through API

Hi,

a) can someone look into this on urgent basis. Unable to connect through the API. Getting the following error

"message": "The user is not enabled on the app.",

}

This is the first time as this works without an issue normally.

b) Tried resetting the API Secret (so that I can start refresh), but the same is not getting done. Unable to get that changed.

c) Also, need to add two account IDs to the developer account. Can someone reach out please.

    Hi,
    Kite Connect App is for personal use only. You need two different subscriptions for using it with two client ids.
    Can you private message the client id with which you are trying to use the App?
