Hi @sujith, I placed a SELL Bracket Order for City Union Bank with 303 Qty. It got filled in different parts, hence there were 4 suborders. But out of 4, only 1 target order was created whereas SL order were created for all 4. It happened with a couple of scripts today. Attaching screenshot for your reference.
Hi, The price and trigger price of target and stop-loss are not calculated based on user entered price but it is based on first leg execution price. The above case is a typical scenario of self-trade wherein you are the buyer and seller. Hence target orders are not placed by the system.
So it means in this case, the price at which I mentioned to Square off was my order only? Does this trade remain nullified? Because I see the P&L for this trade as 0.
But how come the system knows that I will only be the seller and buyer during order placement? I understand that the trade can stand nullified, but why was the trigger order not created on first place? This scenario is still a bit confusing

Yes, it is nullified.
Pnl is based on the buy and sell value and not on orders.
