I just want to know different between connect(2000 points) and publisher )(free).
I want to push my orders using c# windows application. what I need for this. why zerodha charge Rs. 2000 per month subscription. even sharekhan is providing live streaming to excel or to c# api is free of cost.

Kite Connect is an execution platform for placing orders, tracking orders, access portfolio. Live data is free with the base package. In order to access live market data, you will have to create a Kite Connect App.
If you only wish to place orders via webview or browser, you can use Kite Publisher a JavaScript plugin to embed kite in your app or website.

You need to subscribe for Kite Connect in order to get live market data, place orders, modify orders.
