On my other same query they closed saying that "it was rectified immediately". It was fixed after market opening.

I am also asking the same question but there is no response from them. In past 4 days, it has happened twice.
We are paying 2k for API charges, not free.
I also thought 1cliq have some official tie up. But that is not the case. 1cliq portrayed themselves as highly reliable & fast execution platform but internally it is just a wrapper on zerodha APIs. Sad!
Now it is not happening. Earlier it is used to happen but it was handled by my retry mechanism which tries to call 3 times with a back-off of 5 seconds.
This time it failed for 15-20 times. I retried by logging in multiple times.
