Is it possible to get the equilibrium price in historical candle data of preopen session?

From 9.00 to 9.07 AM, I get the equilibrium price in Open of OHLC quotes. I am wondering whether the same can be retrieved using historical candle data for the past days. Like when I query from 13/Oct/2021 09.00 to 13/Oct/2021 09.07 AM, will it return the equilibrium price?

No, historical candle data will only have candles for trading hours. Eg. for equity it will be 09:15 AM to 3:30 PM.
