How do I get the Previous Day OHLC using Kite Connect API?

I need to get the previous day OHLC. I have tried using the following end points

https://api.kite.trade/instruments/historical/10834690/day?from=2021-12-07+09:15:00&to=2021-12-07+15:30:00
https://api.kite.trade/instruments/historical/10834690/day?from=2021-12-07+09:15:00&to=2021-12-08+09:15:00

I am able to get the data. But when the check with chart, the values are totally wrong. Am I missing anything here?

For day candle data, you just have to send the date field not the time field. As, here for to=2021-12-08+09:15:00, it will consider 08th 09:15:00 candle data as well. You can request something like:
from=2021-12-07&to=2021-12-08
