Orders getting cancelled automatically after a few minutes

I am facing this issue since last week.
I place a market order followed by SL order. Both are successfully placed and returned with valid order IDs.

However, in a few minutes SL order gets canceled automatically without a warning all of a sudden.



What could be the reason? It does not throw any exception or error.

You can check the status_message field in the order_history of respective order_id to know the reason for cancellation.
