Historical Data Not Accessing

We subscribe Historical data, but at time of running python code we get following error, kindly check and revert thank you.

" kiteconnect.exceptions.PermissionException: Insufficient permission for that call"

    You have to create a new access token after subscribing to historical data API add-on.

    Sir, I deleted the Kite Connect App. Now at time of creating new app its required fees, where as validity is 02-Aug-2022. Please suggest what we have to do.

    Now,you have to pay again to make an app.

    Historical data API is an add-on over the base KiteConnect subscription.

    So,you need an active KiteConnect subscription to use historical data API.

    Because you deleted your app,you have to make a new app.

    we subscribed for both live and historical.

    After subcribing to historical i regenerated the requesttoken , but even with new request token access token is same .
    i got same access token as earlier which when i use to get data says invalid access token
