Invalid api_key error

I am using Kite publisher to place orders but it is showing "invalid api_key" error. I copied the api key from the kite connect panel and pasted it in my codes, so there is no chance of it being wrong.
Kindly help me out here.

Update! The same api key is now working, I guess it takes somewhat around 24 hours for the new api key to get activated.
