Unable to login using method which was working till Friday

I have enabled two factor authentication and was using webdriver. It was working perfectly fine for the last one year.
But today login is not happening and code is trying open webpage login again and again.
Please guide

It is mandatory by the exchange that a user has to login manually at least once a day. We don't recommend automating login.
