Error on connecting to websocket

Hi,

I am getting these errors while trying to connect to web socket:

ERROR:kiteconnect.ticker:Connection error: 1006 - connection was closed uncleanly (WebSocket connection upgrade failed (400 - BadRequest))
INFO:root:Connection error: 1006 - connection was closed uncleanly (WebSocket connection upgrade failed (400 - BadRequest))

Can you please suggest what is happening?
