Instrument token and exchange token Map

Hi, I need NSE ```exchange token``` ID in the market data feed. However, receiving ```instrument_token``` only, in the 'full' mode of the Feed. I need to know, if there is any API, from which I can convert ```exchange token``` ID to your ```instrument_token``` ID.
