Is there a way to download futures and options historical data?

I want to download futures and options historical OHLC + VOL + OI data.
I understand that the instrument token keeps changing as new Futures contracts are enabled
is there a workaround through which I can download historical futures data?
Currently, I am able to download 3 futures contract data.

Yes, you can use continuous data. Go through the documentation here.
PS: Continuous data is available only for FUT contracts not for the options contract.
