Are you not able to make any kiteconnect API calls?
If yes, then it looks like your firewall issue. You can also try out a couple of solutions mentioned here.

It worked for 3 weeks without an issue. After that i started facing the issue. No changes were done to my system.

May i know what is the target host it is trying to connect and failing?

Maybe check over the network as well.
Go through the client code, to know detail about the host.
