getting Token is invalid or has expired error while generating access token

hello Zerodha team,

while trying to create access token , i am seeing below error in the logs.

INFO: {"status":"error","message":"Token is invalid or has expired.","data":null,"error_type":"TokenException"}

my APP and screate are valid and generating request token every time. but still facing the problem.

can you please let me know if anything changed recently in kite ? my code used to work before, now its not working.
