MCXSX and MCXSXFO symbol list not being supplied in KITE API

When using VB .net library, GetInstruments() gets stuck with this error (screenshot attached)
MCXSX and MCXSXFO symbol list is not being supplied by KITE API.
GetInstruments goes into LOOP and doesnot goes further.

this is from kitedotnet_error file in bin folder.
