Heikinashi chart mismatched in different account

Below are the screenshot from two different accounts of same script and same time showing different price.
facing the same issue with Api as well
is it a known issue or suggest the resolution?

@rakeshr If we are using same chart from different browser from different location, it may show different value is it correct?

Not necessarily every time, but there can be a possibility. Once refreshed with a certain delay, it should match.
