How to get the live(current) 1minute candle open price?

I need the open value of current 1 minute candle.
Like if current time is 9.20.01 I need the open price of 9.20 candle.
How do we get this ? Does historic data fetch by 1 minute will give the current 9.20 candle open price data as it form.?

You need to generate candles at your end using live market data.
