SL-M orders cancelled automatically

Today at 12:40 pm all the SL-M orders automatically got cancelled. I tried placing them again, but the orders were rejected. Now I again tried at 12:48 pm and it went through. Why did this happen? SL-M orders getting cancelled automatically is an issue.
