Historical data cache issue

Hi,
When I pull historical data via API, say, for CM symbols for one month at a time, the server sometimes returns
empty response. However, if I try it again after some time (say a few minutes), it returns the full data. Nothing wrong with internet connectivity. This happens across any period. Looks like there is some caching issue. Pls resolve.

Can you give us some contracts, on which you are facing issues? Are all of the BSE exchange?

These are NSE CM symbols. For example, there are 1070 CM symbols currently active and downloading each one for 2022-01-01 to 2022-01-31 has resulted in 7 failures, but all 7 succeeded when called again.
