We are trying to extend our Historical data subscription but when we do it from developer account then we get error "Error while getting ledger balance, please try again". Did not understand what it mean. Can you please help checking what is the issue?
Hi @rajeshbadiye, It is error form our back office. We are building new back office, it should be up soon. Once new back office is up, issue will be gone. If you are facing this issue consistently, then I would suggest you to try Razorpay.
