Recently observing that websocket ticks are coming in irregular intervals for NIFTY and BANK NIFTY. Sometimes it takes 3-4 seconds, sometimes I am getting 4 messages in burst. What is the issue?
Are you doing this on a cloud server or on your home internet? If its home internet, please open a new terminal and set up a continuous ping to google.com or any such popular site and check for irregular ttl or brownouts where there is intermittent packet loss for a few seconds.
I used to have these issues in spite of using the best rated internet provider in the city. All my problems disappeared when I switched to running my code on AWS.
