I want to understand how historical prices in KITE API is adjusted after rights issue. Please can anyone suggest?

Rights ratio: 5 shares for every 46 shares
Premium: Rs 71

Closing Price Before Record Date: Rs 106.45
Actual Closing Prices: Rs 104.40, 108.55, 105.75, 104.40
Adjusted Closing Prices: Rs 101.95, 103.30, 106.00, 101.95

Prices and volume are multiple by the factor, and the factor is (1/priceRatio) and (1/volRatio).
