Login page is giving error out as HTTP 403 Forbidden

I am trying to navigate the url https://kite.trade/connect/login?api_key=4tnew24721hn2anp from windows application.
I am getting Error HTTP 403 Forbidden

Please let me know what is the issue here.

I am not whether there is a approval process for my newly created application.

@RS6094 there is an approval process. Your dashboard will show you the app status. Once it's ready for use, it should say 'active'.
