Pre Market Session Price

Hi Team,
When I do ohlc for any intrument, around 9:15, I get the previous day closing, price, is there any api which can get me pre-market session price before let's say 9:15 am for all the indexes, lets say between 9:12 - 9:15 am?

There is only one trade at 9:08 AM at equilibrium price, post that there are no trades. You can see all this in Websockets API.
