Failure of API

If there is a failure of API of any kind in any of my 3 accounts, remember that you are charging me money to provide a service as a broker . I will be suing the shit out of you. There is a retail trader who has already won a case in high court , I willl be logging all the errors, There should be no operational losses from SDK any more!

There is a cross order placement query you have not responded for .

    While I am a user of API myself, there's no way they can provide 100% uptime guarantee. If you are using SDK they might have done error handling for you. There can be cases where order might not go through, or socket would disconnect, however it is rare. Even there could be chances of network errors. For these kinds of cases, I keep my zerodha account open on different window as well as on my mobile using mobile internet, to be safe from internet issues as well.

    They are charging a good amount, but I think it's worth it because as compared to other brokers they have good reliability. I haven't seen any request dropping and sockets work perfectly.
