Bids and Offers in TickData is always null

HI
How can i get the Bids and Offers collection in live market. I believe, we can get upto 20 Bids and offers (depth) in every tick. But, i can see null values only. I am trying in Nifty Bank F & O.

One can only see the top 5 bids and offers in the full mode tick of the Websocket API.
