EOD data wrong for KESORAMIND on 30th Oct

Open,high,low,close is same. But the price is not same in intraday candle. The price did change on 30th oct.
My main concern is the root cause of this problem, as it can impact a lot more data than just this for 30th oct or other dates, maybe.
