In case of partially filled order, will I get different order ID and tag each time some quantities are executed or the order ID and tag will be similar.
for example If I place BUY order for 900 quantities CE of BankNifty and the order id is 123456 and the tag is XYZ while order status is OPEN 1. First time 300 quantities are filled with status UPDATED 2. Next time another 600 quantities are filled
for both of the above execution cases will the order ID and Tag will be 123456 and XYZ ? what is will be status after 2nd execution, will it be UPDATED or COMPLETE
I need one more info regarding order status "TRIGGER PENDING". in what are the different scenario I can get this status is it only when I put a trigger price and the price is not yet reached what is the next status I should receive after "TRIGGER PENDING"
An order id and tag will never change once created in the system. Only new trade entries will be there for that order. For partial fills, you can check filled_quantity field.
