How do I get Instruments data as of a previous date.
For example: Company A went bankrupt in 2020 and removed from NSE. If I need historical data for 2019, how do I get data for company A? What is their instrument token? Will it be a part of current instrument token provided by kite API?

You can only get current trading instruments tokens and it's historical data. So, the removed instrument data won't be available, either in the instrument file or historical data.
