Getting 'The operation has timed out' error on Generate session call

I am getting 'The operation has timed out' error while calling the GenerateSession API.
This was working till yesterday. I am observing this since today morning.

    I got it. Issue occurred when I had connected with the VPN of my office. Once VPN is disconnected I am able to connect. Thank you for your reply.
