Refresh Token is not present while generating the session

I am using generateSession util to get the access token, but getting refresh token as `null`.
For renewing the access token we need refresh token, how can we do that?

Refresh token is given only for exchange-approved platforms. For individual clients, you need to use access_token. Go through the documentation here.
