The Master Instruments lists API (kite.instruments()) does not seems to be extensive list. It has many missing instruments. for example: random strike prices like IDFC24MAR131CE IDFC24MAR131PE are missing but IDFC24MAR132CE IDFC24MAR132PE are present again IDFC24MAR133CE IDFC24MAR133PE are missing but IDFC24MAR134CE IDFC24MAR134PE are present. I see this hapenning to many other instruments aswell.
Yeah, these strikes are not available on the exchange instrument. Mostly, disabled from the exchange due to illiquid strikes with zero open interest. This circular explains in detail the strike scheme.
