Historical data subscription required for LTP data?

As far as I know, there are 2 subscriptions for Zerodha Kite API: the API is 2000 / month and the historical data subscription is another 2000 / month. My doubt is, if I want to collect only LTP data (not OHLC data), is it necessary for me to pay for the historical data subscription?

Technically, LTP data is real time data. I do not think that I can get historical 'LTP' data (say one week old LTP data). So if I am paying for just the standard API subscription (2000 / month), will I get access to LTP data (I am using the kite.LTP function in python)?

You need only base Kite Connect subscription.
