Since Zerodha starts asking for additional margins for long / buy stock option positions in the week of their expiry, I'm wondering where it would show up in the margin API fields. While I understand that the increase in NRML margin would be in the 'exposure' field for futures and short / sell option positions, I was unable to find anything about long / buy option positions in the documentation. Would it show up in the 'var' field like it does for equity CNC orders or in the 'additional', 'span', or 'exposure' fields?
