As the server gets clean up till 7:30 AM, What is the best time in the morning to download historical data and OHLC of previous day ? Can I download historical data at around 6 AM in the morning and still get perfect accurate data for all the stocks ?

    Yes, you can fetch previous day data.

    as you @rakeshr said I can fetch previous day data, but since the kite servers are cleaning itself up at 6:00 AM, at that time if I download previous day 1-day OHLC and previous day 1-minute OHLC then will the data I fetch will be correct or incorrect ?

    maybe why don't you try and explore? :) The chart data process is over by midnight. If any issue, chart data will be missing. incorrect data would not be fetched.
