TLL orders not getting cancelled after time limit

Today i placed a order with validity of 20 min using TTL
order ID 240812000107628

order was placed at 9;15 but i had to manually cancel the order after 9:40.

kindly help.

    Sir getting this error repeatedly . orders with TTL limit of 20 min are not getting cancelled automatically.

    i have to manually cancel them.

    Custom TTL validity is not allowed in Order placement APIs. The allowed TTL are same as showed in the kite web Order UI.
