Websocket pausing

I am using python library for websocket that fetches tick data for NIFTY. And the price stop coming after some time then I restarts and for the rest of the day it works. It is not happening in specific time. It generally happens during morning and rarely in 2nd half. This is not a good experience if someone pay 2000 per month. I am facing every day, literally everyday. And I have taken premium for last 2 months. Please help

We don't have any issue at our end. It could be your firewall or the internet connection or some other kind of configuration issue.
