I want to explore the option of multi user with same api key. By default, it is restricted to only one account but there is a text saying to email incase multi account is needed. What is the email address for it?
It is provided only for the app that is created for mass. It is not meant for individuals. If you have a product that is created for mass then you may write to compliance team and ask for multi-user access with product description. You can reach out to them on kiteconnect(at)zerodha.com
