difference between on_message and on_order_update

what is the difference between on_message and on_order_update methods of kite ticker? which one is better and should be used?
I receive messages from on_message but never from on_order_update

If there is any update on the order then on_order_update is triggered if you have set the listener for that event.
on_message is a generic text message listener for all text messages from Kite Ticker.
